Custom engineering taken to new levels creating the "wow factor" in this Queenstown home.

This architectural home clad in black aluminum with glass balustrade cantilever overhang, stands bold and elegant overlooking Lake Hayes.

The upper level of this 260sq home contains the master suite, powder room, living/dining area and kitchen. The floors are polished concrete and full ceiling height glass lines the northern front of this floor to maximise expansive views of Lake Hayes and surrounding mountains. Exiting the living room is a covered alfresco area with an outdoor fireplace. A tranquil spot to dine or relax while still being immersed in the beautiful scenery.

This build is constructed with Insulform blocks – a type of Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF). The result is a home with superior strength in comparison to standard builds, and one that is highly insulated (warmer in winter, and cooler in summer). Perfect for our alpine climate. Solar panels fitted to the roof also add another level of energy efficiency.

Downstairs there is an office and two guest bedrooms both with fully tiled ensuites. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a custom engineered steel spiral staircase with solid oak treads. This centerpiece connecting the two floors is one of many ‘wow factors’ incorporated into this home.
