Alongside him, our independent QS takes good care of the build budget and progress timelines so we can keep you up to date.
We aim to collaborate with the architect and client in the initial stages of a project, allowing us to assist with pre-construction planning, thermally efficient material recommendations, identify cost savings from the get-go and carry out build budgets with our independent quantity surveyor. This allows for accurate and transparent pricing, a seamless consent process and building journey, without any bumps in the road, hidden costs or back and forth with Council.
Once your architectural plans are finalised, we complete the all-important paperwork including our Registered Master Builders 10 Year Guarantee and a finalised build budget. When crafting a bespoke luxury home, we recommend open book pricing so you understand where costs are coming from and can align them with the build budget previously agreed on. This ensures complete transparency with our clients and removes the risk that comes with a fixed price contract. Pricing is clearly structured, with the ability of being flexible to any changes and savings that occur along the building journey.

Once your high-performance home is complete, we do a final work through to ensure everything is perfect. Lastly, the Council comes around for their final inspection and we pop the champagne (or Southern brew) in the fridge ready for your Code of Compliance.
